Shipping policy

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Customs, Postal Services and PGM Golf are different entities. PGM Golf is not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services. If you are interested in a list of countries we ship to, please email thought000@yeah.net

 

How long will my order take?

We ship orders within 2 business day. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and updates. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days(Some items need 30 days) for it to be delivered in the USA, and 30 business days for international shipments. 

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

All of the items displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on the country you live in, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order and fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by PGM Golf. Customs, Postal Services and Blue Tees Golf are different entities. PGM Golf is not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

We have a 7 day money back guarantee. The 7 days starts on receipt of product. If you're not satisfied with your Blue Tees Golf product, just ship the item back to us within the 7 days and we'll happily refund you. Note: return shipping is paid for by the customer.

 

How do I return an item?

We offer 100% refund before the order is shipped. Once it's shipped we can't refund since you would receive both goods and the money. If you want a refund after the order is shipped, you have to wait for the order to arrive and ship it back to our address. You can do so within 7 days since we have a 7 days money back guarantee.

 

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us immediately on thought000@yeah.net, and kindly give us a brief description together with the damaged product photos. We'll solve it with you.
