Warranty On PGM Company product

All parts and finishes of this PGM product are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. For retail purchasers, the warranty period is 180 days in each case from the date of purchase, and this warranty does not include business, commercial or industrial use of this product.

What We Will Do

When a customer offers enough photos to prove PGM Company product is quality defects, PGM will replace, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period (as described above), any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If a replacement is not practical, PGM Company may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Only when we get the returned product, we will approve the refund. If the customer does not return our product when we requested it, we will not accept any credit for the warranty, in this situation, we will not approve the refund. If customer don't offer enough evidence or photos to us,we will refuse any warranty application or refund. These are your exclusive remedies.

What Is Not Covered

Any labor charges incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install or remove this product are not covered by this warranty. PGM Company shall not be liable for any damage to the product resulting from reasonable wear and tear, misuse (including use of the product for an unintended application), freezing water, abuse, neglect or improper or incorrectly performed installation, maintenance or repair, including failure to follow the applicable care and cleaning instructions.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original purchaser must be made available to PGM Company for all warranty claims unless the purchaser has registered the product with PGM Company.

This is PGM Company’s exclusive written warranty and the warranty is not transferable.
